You are agreeing to annual oven cleans with Oven Support LTD and allowing them to take the agreed your subscription amount on monthly Direct Debit Subscription.

Payment Terms

By setting up a subscription you are agreeing to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the agreed amount for the appliances you require to be cleaned on an annual basis. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you terminate the subscription agreement.  

Payments will appear as Oven Support LTD on your statement on the scheduled date agreed upon when starting the subscription.

Whilst you have a subscription, should any payments fail to clear your subscription will be froze with the accrued credit only. We will contact you to notify of any failed payment.  This will affect your scheduled date to when our services will be carried out unless notified of subscription cancellation.

Should you need to update your payment method you will need to contact Oven Support LTD.

Once you are subscribed to Oven Support LTD for annual oven cleans and have received the services your subscription will automatically be renewed every 10 months, unless stated otherwise by yourself for termination of subscription, which detail can be found below.

Restrictions of use

The rights granted to you by having a subscription with Oven Support LTD will remain in force only for as long as the subscription is in place.

You may not rent, transfer, assign, commercial exploit, resell or sublicence your subscription credit to any third party.

You may move subscription to a new address, used credit acquired as a deposit for a clean and amend or adjust your subscription amount by the appliances required to be included at any point.

Cancellation policy

 Upon the start date of your Subscription and first payment you have 14 days cooling off period to contact us to cancel the subscription and be entitled to a full refund of the first payment.

You may cancel your subscription at any point by contacting Oven Support LTD directly. Should you choose to cancel the subscription mid term or after your billing date please see refund policy below.

Refund Policy

Any subscription cancelled with the 14 days cooling off period will be entitled to a full refund of their first payment. After the 14 days cooling off period, any monies accrued through the subscription and not used towards our services will not be eligible for refund but can be used as a deposit/credit toward our services.

Under Extenuating Circumstances, a refund may be issued. We will require it to be formally requested with written communication stating the reasons why a refund should be issued. A decision will be made by out Senior Management Team who will notify you if a refund has been approved.

Termination of Subscriptions

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 10-month period, should you no longer require the services and subscription you must contact Oven Support LTD to end the subscription before your next scheduled payment date as any monies on account will not be refunded (see above refund policy). From the date you terminate your subscription you will no longer be charged by Oven Support LTD, you will also not be guaranteed the same discounted price for future bookings.
